Children’s Choir of Chico, a non-profit multi level community choir program in Chico, CA, seeks qualified applicants for the position of Artistic Director beginning July 2019. Position responsibilities would include overseeing the 5 choirs of Children’s Choir of Chico, supervising artistic staff, and planning repertoire for balanced choral rehearsals and concerts. Additional responsibilities could include conducting a select jh/hs choir and/or a women’s choir in regular rehearsals and concerts. Advanced education in the Kodály philosophy would be an asset. Salary is commensurate with education and experience.
