Exciting job opening for part time conductor for Berkeley based youth choir with a 30 year history. The Director prepares for and conducts the Avghie (Greek for “Sunrise”) and Anthos (Greek for “Blossoming”) ensembles (ages approx 6 to 9) in weekly rehearsals and performances. The Director collaborates with the choir staff to meet the artistic goals, objectives and long range plans of Kairos Music Academy.
The Associate Conductor role is to provide excellent choral direction within the NCC's Junior and Senior Divisions, facilitating a smooth and cohesive educational journey for students as they advance in the program. The position demands excellence in artistry, creativity, musical style, time management, communication, and people skills. Working closely with the Associate Artistic Director, as well as Kodály instructors, is an integral part of this position.

The National Children’s Chorus, America’s premier choral institution for youth, seeks Kodály Musicianship Instructors in San Francisco for its Junior and Senior Divisions, ages 7 to 14. Rehearsals take place once a week on Tuesday afternoons at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music. To begin September 2019.
Ragazzi Boys Chorus is seeking a new conductor for our entry level chorus, Primary Group (ages 7 to 10, usually), beginning in September 2019. Regular rehearsals are held on Tuesdays from 5:30-7:20 p.m. Included are two major Saturday recitals per year, one in December and one in June with preceding dress rehearsals.
